Crocock returns
Canadian Defenceman Mike Crocock will be back for a 3rd time when the new season gets underway in September. The 29 year old iced 66 times last season while posting 7 goals and 18 points. The 5’10”, 175lb native of Brantford, Ontario, joined the Flames after spending the first half of 21-22 at ECHL Reading Royals and has since made 102 Flames starts while collecting 10 goals and 16 assists. “Mike has become a really valuable member of our blue line group,” said Paul Dixon. “He is an Elite skater who can retrieve pucks and help get us moving out of our own end with good possession. He does that nearly as well as anyone in the league and it is a crucial part of minimizing time in our defensive zone.” “He was excited to come back and continue what we have started, and we know he will be a big part of anything we can achieve this coming season.” |
