Waller Re-signs
Following career high offensive output, Great Britain national team forward Josh Waller will be back in Flames kit to start the 26-27 term. The 26 year old finished 2nd in team goals and 4th in points thanks to 25 of the former and 49 of the latter. After 3 seasons at Cardiff Devils, the former Guildford Jr. member re-joined the club during the 2024-2025 campaign. In 243 career Flames starts, Waller has 44 goals and 61 assists for 105 points. In country colours, not including his current stint at the World Championships, the native of Reading has 40 caps at senior level. “Josh is an Elite talented forward,” explained Paul Dixon. “This season there was a lot of growth to his game and it came through in the form of a nearly 50 point season right near the top of our team points list. We were pleased to see his success, and we are glad he has opted to remain with us for the coming schedule.” |
