As at January 27^th, 2022 (all subject to change on short notice):

Flames match nights will take place within the Covid protocols being followed by Guildford Spectrum which are formed based on current Government guidelines.

• There are no longer COVID restrictions, or social distancing, in England which determine how many people can enter an event, and tickets will be sold on the basis of full capacity availability.   Please remain considerate of each other and offer as much distancing as avaiilable particularly at merchandise, food outlets and bathrooms. 
   
• In line with government guidance, the wearing of masks is not mandatory. Where lineups exist such as possibly entering/exiting the building, having tickets checked at doors, at merchandise, or where a face to face transaction takes place, a mask is highly recommended and encouraged throughout your evening at Spectrum.   
   
• At this time vaccination or Covid testing status is not a condition of entry. 
   
• Most ticket bookings involve recording contact information and Spectrum will carry on displaying the NHS QR Check in code. If you don’t have the NHS COVID-19 App and still wish to log your details, please ask a member of Spectrum’s team, who will be happy to log your visit. 
   
• Any change to government guidelines at any point during the season would be reflected by Spectrum and Flames in the presentation of game night. 
   

  Please do not visit us if you feel unwell with any Covid-19 symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19 recently and do not yet meet government guidelines for leaving isolation, or have been identified as a close contact of a positive case and asked to self-isolate. 

                   Flames Team

• All players (league wide) and Flames staff are fully vaccinated.
   
• Off ice officials at penalty box, timekeepers box and players box are fully vaccinated and wear masks where practical.
   
• Post game photos and autograph table with players indefinitely suspended with hopes of returning to those activities at some point during the season.  

Tickets: We encourage supporters to book tickets by phone or online in advance to avoid queuing.

Doors: Spectrum is open all day, of course. Rink doors open at the usual time of 5:15pm for a 6pm faceoff.  If you choose to arrive early and queue, please be considerate of others and try to keep some distance. 

Card Payments: The box office is mostly card payments, but there is a till remaining for cash ticket payments. Cash and card is accepted for merchandise.   

50/50 sales: 50/50 tickets are cash only. 

Food and Beverage: Strikes Diner in the bowls is open during matches.  Burrito Loco on level 2, the café and bar on level 3, and rink level Harveys will be open.
