Season Ticket FAQ
When are Season Tickets Available?
Season tickets go on sale from late March to early April for the coming season and remain on sale until the first game of the season.
Will I be able to sit in my same seat as last season?
You will be able to renew your usual seat up until the seat retention deadline in early to mid may. Each season the exact date will show on the season ticket page.
Where can I find my Season Ticket Renewal?
Existing season holders will receive an application by post detailing all renewal options including online, phone, in person and by mail. You will find any tickets held in your name, under the ‘fixed subscriptions’ tab if you log in to your online season ticket account.
How do I renew my seats?
Please open the ‘Step by Step online renewal instructions’ guide on the season ticket page or use alternative options, phone, in person and postal applications.
Why does my payment receipt list all games for August 1st?
During the renewal period there are no fixtures available for the new season. That date acts as a spot holder for when the real dates become available later in the summer.
Can I change my seat reservation?
Seat moves requested once e tickets have been sent will be subject to a £10 admin fee. Once game to game tickets are on sale, any changes to a season seat can only be made to a seat that remains available for every game of the season at the time of the request.
When will I get my Season Ticket?
Fixtures are announced in late June/early July. E-tickets will be emailed out after all fixture dates and times have been finalised and booked onto the ticket system.
Where can I download tickets for each game?
You can login to your account on the Flames website ticket page (or on home page click ‘Season Ticket Account’) and under ‘E-Tickets’ you will see a list of all games once fixtures have been set. The direct URL for logging in is at https://flames.guildfordspectrum.co.uk/FixedSeries. Login uses your season ticket email address and existing password. If you do not have a password, select the ‘Forgotten Password’ option on the login page.
I can’t login?
It could be one of two things. 1. You have not supplied Spectrum box office with a unique email address. 2. When you login to your account for the first time, you will be required to reset your password. Please select the 'Forgotten Password' option on the login page.
What format are Season Tickets and how do I present them at games?
Season Tickets are currently a separate PDF file for each home game with a different bar code for each. You can present the ticket on a device or by printing a physical copy.
I liked the old card system. Why have season tickets changed to e-tickets?
E-tickets are the way most event tickets are now done and physical event tickets are becoming more and more rare as time moves on. Spectrum installed a new electronic ticket box office system for the entire building and after a season with e-tickets for game to game users, it is natural to move season tickets onto the same protocol. It was the Flames club decision to abandon cards that cannot be used for a system that changes bar codes for every game. Part of continuing to keep costs low on our season tickets means looking for administration methods that reduce cost, people resources and at the same time improve ticket security. Those objectives cannot be achieved with the previous card system.
Why is my hand stamped on entry?
The electronic ticket is scanned once and used up at your point of entry. Unlike many venues, not all of Spectrum’s amenities are in the rink itself so many supporters visit non ticketed areas during the game. The stamp is to allow re-entry despite your ticket having already been scanned.
Why do I get a different ticket for each game?
Spectrum’s current system uses a different bar code for each match but we are told the supplier is working on an upgraded version that may be able to handle a single ticket code for each season holder.
Why do I have more tickets than scheduled games?
Your initial ticket delivery email will contain all scheduled games plus others that may take place. Each scheduled game will have the exact date, but others such as for Cup play in, Cup semi final, Cup final, Playoff quarter final will have the name of the competition but a dummy date (such as June/July/August) until a date is set. The ticket as originally sent will be valid when the new date is set.
Does my Season Ticket cover Cup Games?
Yes, the season ticket covers all Flames home games during the season.
Can someone else use my ticket if I am not attending?
You may allow someone from the same price band, or a lower price band use your ticket. Adult tickets can be shared with anyone, concession only with concession or child eligible users, and child tickets only for U16’s.
How can Season Tickets be shared?
1) https://smallpdf.com/split-pdf. Drop the pdf in that and it will show you scissors in between tickets to cut them into separate files each of which can be sent to a different person. 2) Screenshot or photo then email, whats app or text the ticket you want to share. 3) Print tickets and hand off to users.
