Paul begins this season 27 wins away from 700 and 24 games away from 1100  coached. He arrived as a player in time for the 1999-2000 campaign and began serving as both player and Head Coach in 2007-2008 when he helped take the team to the English Premier League summit.  Since that time, the Flames have gone on to collect the 2009-2010 Premier Cup, the 2011 Playoff crown, Back to Back League and Cup captures between 2011 and 2013, the 2015-2016 “Double” with the Cup and Playoff titles ahead of the 2018-2019 Elite League Patton Conference crown. As a former player, Paul is the all-time club leader in games played with 928 and he is 4^th on the club’s historical scoring charts with 113 goals, 500 assists and 613 points.
